Sing ten fabulous standards by some of the great ladies of jazz! Bessie Smith, "The Empress of Blues," was one of the most popular singers of the 1920's and 30's. Ethel Waters was a major figure from the Harlem Renaissance in 1919. Anita O'Day, "The Jezebel of Jazz," is one of the few white female jazz singers to be mentioned in the same breath as Billie Holiday and Ella Fitzgerald. Try your hand at songs by these and other legendary ladies. Guide vocals are provided by the one and only Stephanie Nakasian.
