stars on their million selling discs. For the talented amateur here is a
wonderful opportunity to create something of great worth and lasting
value. As audition material to submit to agents these recordings are
absolutely the best way to get the attention of Program Directors and
talent scouts in the music industry.
You can license any song in our catalogue to make a cassette or a
compact disc recording featuring your own voice or instrument the
following fees:
- 1-9 songs: $125 per song
- 10+ songs: $110 per song
Measured against the cost of hiring players, arrangers and a studio,
these prices are a true bargain. Remember also, your best efforts will
be showcased through the advantage of working with familiar material
that remains unchanging take after take, until you get the version you
want.
Fees are payable in advance via credit card: Visa, Master Charge,
American Express or Discover. To pay by mail, send your check or money

offered. Fees are non-refundable.
A maximum of 1,000 copies may be made under our usual terms and
conditions. You may not transfer these rights to third parties. The
license is for a period of two years after which all rights to these
copyright tracks revert to Pocket Songs. There is an added sell-off
period for CDs of six months beyond the initial two year term. Yes,
licenses are available for larger initial press runs.
Licensing of our background tracks does not include permission or
mechanical fees required by the publisher(s) of any songs you may use.
We will provide this information with our license.
Before we can approve usage of our tracks, please submit the
information requested below:
1. List of song titles with corresponding Pocket Songs Catalogue No.
of songs being used.
2 How will the track(s) be used?
A recording for sale?
Demo use?
Include details.
3. Your full legal name, address, phone and fax number if available.
plus an e-mail address to enable us to respond swiftly to questions.
Upon receipt of your order (song titles, etc) including prepayment for
the entire order, a paid invoice will be issued along with a contract
outlining the usages above listed.
Public Performances: Please write for information, listing all details

For other formats, such as advertising, TV, Radio and Film usage,
