We reserve the right to refuse any and all returns. Returns
must carry a Return Authorization Number.
1.Opened merchandise will be refused unless defective
'Defective' pertains to playability of a Pocket Song or Music Minus One
cassette or CD only. Song Keys not in your range are not a product defect.
Refer to website information or our comprehensive printed catalogue for key
information . When making a return, you must call our customer service
department for a Return Authorization number which must appear in large print
on the returning package. Packages not having an assigned RA Number will be
refused.
2. 'Defective' Pocket Songs or Music Minus One returns are
permitted in
exchange for product of equal value only. Please indicate in
detail the 'defective problem' on the packing slip, with your return. Indicate
song title, or band on the CD so we can locate the problem being reported.
Defective returns will only be accepted within fifteen (15) business days of
invoice date. Paid invoice or copy directly
from Pocket Songs must accompany the return item as proof of
purchase. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
3. If a wrong item has been ordered, we will accept on a
one-time basis only, the returned product in exchange for the correct item.
Opened items (Shrink wrap removed) will be refused. Item to be returned within
fifteen (15) business days of invoice date. Paid copy of invoice from Pocket
Songs must accompany the returned item as proof of purchase. Shipping and
handling charges will not be refunded.
4. Although no refunds for merchandise will be made, credit
will be issued for future purchases of Pocket Songs or Music Minus One
product.
It is not our intent to have a discontented customer. The ease
with which albums can be copied requires this stringent returns policy.
Freight costs for all exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the
customer.
